I've decided to just eat as little as I can.

Congee is when you cook rice for hours and hours, until it becomes sort of a porridge -- for example, here I cooked one cup of rice with 12 cups of water, for about six hours or so, with a bunch of mushrooms and seaweed -- it's a good food for when your digestion is incredibly fragile...
